I’ve founded Many Lives Consulting to synthesize the work I’ve been doing since 2016 into services available to support both solopreneurs and larger business teams. I have a great range of skills and a knack for adapting to new situations quickly and accurately. I would be honored to support you and your team.
After graduating from George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, I began my career in the Contract Furniture Industry as a Sales Assistant and quickly transitioning to a role as a Designer. My skill at self-study and attention to detail meant that within a few years I had worked on a variety of projects including being the sole designer assigned to a 31-floor, 3000 workstation new corporate headquarters project in Tysons, VA.
During that time, I also founded Fully Spun, a hand-dyed yarn business that existed with cultural and community impact until late 2023. I found myself in expression as an artist, and also experienced the rigors of solopreneurship. My biggest lesson was that I couldn’t do it all alone. Seeking help allowed me to reach my biggest heights as a business owner.
Professionally, I was invited into two roles which shape my work with Many Lives Consulting. The first, as Process and Resource Manager, involved developing a project management tool for my employer and managing the workload of the sales support staff. This was a crash course in change management, people management, and process management. My work with transformational technology tools continued in my next role where I helped select and onboard Salesforce and Smartsheet as tools for my employer and teammates to utilize.
My favorite part of all these roles? Assisting invested team members through the learning process and into the thriving process. I believe that the keys to a successful adoption of a new process are tool are team buy-in and a champion to bridge the gap between the old and new.
